The Architectural Briefing defines the structural, technical, and operational substrate underlying estate systems. It provides the canonical architecture for telemetry pipelines, policy‑enforcement layers, audit environments, and cross‑pillar data‑exchange mechanisms.
While these layers are structured for maximum technical defensibility, their primary purpose is to give engineers a predictable, reliable baseline for system design.
Pillar 4 maintains alignment between technical components and governance constraints, ensuring deterministic system‑state transitions across all operational surfaces.
